No refunds for any reason

When you reserve a room and guarantee it with a credit card it will be held for you until your arrival. To reserve a room you must have a valid credit card and be 21 years of age.

If you must cancel your reservation, call at least 24 hours in advance, no later than 6:00pm the day before your reservation. To ensure your cancellation request is received please call,

No shows who do not call will be charged the full amount for one night stay. If more than one room is booked under your name and held with your credit card, each room will be charged for one night. Any subsequent dates booked by you will be cancelled. .

Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you must give 24 hour notice (prior to 6:00PM the previous day) or you will be billed for the night.

Sports Team or Special Event Weekends

	All bookings must be paid for upon arrival. .
	Each group must give a valid credit card to be used in lieu of a damage deposit.
	Any damages that occur during your stay will be photographed and documented.
	Any cost for repairs will be charged to the provided credit card.
